Heilo Exploration Well Spudded
GDF and partners spudded the Heilo prospect (PL 530) the 16th of September 2011. The operation is performed by the rig «Aker Barents», and is estimated to end mid of october. «Aker Barents» reached its destination in the Barents Sea Thursday the 16. of September at noon, after a operation in the Norwegian Sea. Total dept of well will be approximately 2730 meters. The partners in Heilo prospect PL530 are GDF SUEZ E&P Norge AS (operator, 30 per cent), North Energy ASA (20 per cent), Front Exploration (20 per cent), Rocksource (20 per cent) and Repsol Exploration Norge AS (10 per cent).
